This is the very rudimentary start of an open research project by me (Alex Sayf Cummings of Georgia State University).  It aims to share the research and writing process as I map out a new book about the place of affective labor, care, and creativity in the political economy of contemporary capitalism, tentatively titled “A World of Their Own.”
